At DaySpring, our goal for your fitness plan is for you to be healthy so you can enjoy and fulfill your life purpose. We understand that some people do not like "organized fitness programs," like an aerobics class, running daily or exercising at a local health club. At DaySpring, there are no limits to your fitness plan - the more creative the better. Whatever activity that raises your heart rate and causes you to move and breathe, do it regularly. If you love gardening, do it heartily! If you enjoy walking, walk with power. If you bike, bike with speed!
